In this role, you will enable digital transformation for our clients in a global delivery model, research on technologies independently, recommend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards. You will provide inputs for identifying best-fit architectural solutions for projects; develop application designs, and support project teams on complex coding and issue resolution to ensure high-quality, compliant technical solutions. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience may be considered. • Willing to relocate or commute to Plano, TX. • Minimum 11 years of IT experience. • At least 7 years of hands-on experience with AWS, Databricks, Spark, and Object Store solutions. • Experience in implementing data warehouses and data marts end-to-end. • Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts such as Data Vault, Dimensional modeling, and OLAP design. • Knowledge of Master Data Management, ETL, Data Quality, metadata management, data profiling, micro-batches, and streaming data loads. • Experience with CI/CD platforms like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild, Azure Pipelines, Jenkins. • Experience designing and implementing solutions for distributed systems. • Leadership experience in mentoring teams. • Applicants authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications: • Understanding of data integration, quality, and architecture. • Experience with Relational and Dimensional Modeling, and unstructured data modeling. • Proficiency in SQL, Unix shell scripting, Python, Bash, PowerShell. • Knowledge of log and monitoring solutions. • Experience with development containers, unit testing, code review, linting. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies. • Strong communication and analytical skills. • Ability to work in diverse, multi-stakeholder teams. • Interest in working in a global delivery environment.
