Employment: MUST BE ON OUR W2 Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC ( 2 days on-site & 3 days off-site) Contract: Long term Start: Immediate Interviews Customer: One of our premium DIRECT Customer, a global leader in food services industry located in Charlotte, NC is looking for a Sr. SAP S/4 HANA C2C Senior Functional Analyst. Consultant must be a specialist with experience in SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in the Order to Cash (OTC) functional area. Qualifications: • Must have 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP SD configuration and support • Strong knowledge of SAP applications primarily SAP SD as well as, working knowledge of related MM, FI and Logistics integrations • Experience working in an SAP Fiori environment • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Effective organization, planning, analytical skills and follow through • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills, with an ability to communicate with a wide of variety of diverse resources with varying degrees of technological expertise • Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools as applied to IT initiatives • Ability to work in hand with business leads in the C2C space on project design and deliverables • Ability to see the big picture in the design and assessment process • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, Smartsheet, SAP support portal and basic computer knowledge as well as basic troubleshooting skills Responsibilities: • Planning, design, support, and rollout of SAP S/4 HANA Order-to-Cash processes. • Assist with providing impact/solution option assessments to offer workable, efficient technical/business solutions • Analyze fit/gap for business processes, translating requirements into specs, writing business process documents, and maintaining the BPML • Work with other functional teams to ensure various components work together to meet the operational goals of the solution keeping in mind, the integration, quality, and performance of the deliverables • Work with the SAP Master Data Lead to provide functional support for Master Data Governance and Master Data troubleshooting and will need to understand the touch points for Sales & Distribution execution with Site Master, Customer Master Data, Billing, and Financial Postings • Participate in project and design reviews and ensure that these meet Compass Group design principles and standards • Assist in driving, prioritizing, and managing scope changes, along with defect management • Assist with defining testing strategy within the Customer-To-Cash (C2C) area to ensure the functionality and accuracy and quality of the product • Assist with project management; communication with stakeholders, users, and developers; functional unit tests; user acceptance tests; cutover tasks, and ongoing support
