Description ActioNet is hiring a Mobile Device Management (MDM) System Administrator in Falls Church, VA. This position requires a Secret clearance. Primary Responsibilities: Administer mobile device management (MDM) systems for HQ to support provisioning, monitoring, and securing iOS and Android devices. Support the DoD Mobility Unclassified Capability (DMUC) and DoD Mobility Classified Capability - Secret (DMCC-S) programs. Provision, configure, and manage accounts and devices using MDM tools in compliance with DoD policies. Support Apple Business Manager (ABM) for Apple device enrollment and supervision. Act as a Purebred Agent, ensuring Identity and Access Management (IdAM) functions through Purebred or equivalent tools. Provide Tier 1 support for mobile device issues including service, distribution, and repairs. Assist in lifecycle management of mobile devices, including inventory, data gathering, and acquisition planning. Ensure mobile devices comply with applicable DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and DISA requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with device enrollment, connectivity, and security configurations. Document MDM policies, processes, and procedures in alignment with DoD standards. Required Job Experience: 3-5 years of experience administering mobile device management platforms in enterprise or DoD environments. Hands-on experience with iOS and Android device provisioning, support, and security. Familiarity with DoD DMUC/DMCC-S programs, STIGs, and enterprise IdAM tools. Experience supporting Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Purebred device management. Strong troubleshooting skills for mobile device configuration and user support. Degree (Required or certifications below can be substituted in lieu of): Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. Certification (Preferred one of the following in lieu of Required Degree): DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+). Mobile Device Management certification (e.g., Microsoft Intune, VMware AirWatch). CompTIA Network+ or equivalent mobility-related certification.
