Job description
Pay Range: $35-47/hr (Cannot support C2C placement) Job Description: An Insight Global banking client is looking for a Senior Power BI Analyst/Developer to sit in Naugatuck, CT. This person is going to be part of a migration from Crystal Reports to Power BI, helping the organization ensure a seamless transition while optimizing reporting capabilities. An ideal candidate would have extensive experience with Powser BI, strong data modeling skills, and a deep understanding of reporting frameworks. This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking and collaboration across different organizations to improve business intelligence reporting. Must Haves: • 5+ years of experience in Power BI Development • Experience utilizing Microsoft Fabric to simplify data management and analytics • Hands on experience with SQL databases & querying • Good communication and cross functional skills to be able to work with other areas of the organization and different stakeholders Plus: • Previous experience with Crystal Reports
