RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and implement comprehensive Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to specific business functions (e.g., Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Supply Chain Management). • Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and automation within Dynamics 365. • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to meet specific business requirements and user workflows. • Integrate Dynamics 365 with existing on-premises and cloud-based systems (e.g., CRM, ERP). • Develop and implement data migration strategies for seamless transition to Dynamics 365. • Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations within Dynamics 365. • Manage Dynamics 365 environments (Dev, Test, Prod) and oversee solution deployment. • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365, cloud technologies, and security best practices. • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users on Dynamics 365 functionalities. • Document solutions effectively for future reference and knowledge transfer. • Collaborate with IT operations teams to ensure smooth system administration and maintenance. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect role • Microsoft certification may be required depending on client conditions • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, functionalities, and deployment methodologies (experience with specific modules a plus). • Strong understanding of business process automation principles and optimization techniques. • Experience with data modeling, data migration, and integration tools (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory). • Experience with cloud computing concepts and security best practices (Microsoft Azure experience a plus). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with all levels of stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement) preferred.
