Skills • Minimum 5 years of experience with Atlassian, Azure DevOps, Planview, Rally/Broadcom, ServiceNow, or other Agile productivity tools. • Minimum of 7 years of Agile transformation experience. • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of tooling configuration and cloud architecture. • Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. • Experience in teaching courses related to tooling solutions is a plus. Responsibilities • Lead ABA Tooling Services sales pursuits and conduct product demos. • Design tooling solutions and work with account teams. • Mentor and coach junior team members to influence organizational change. • Own implementation activities across various functional areas. • Create training content and facilitate workshops for client stakeholders. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality solution delivery. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). • Certified Atlassian Jira Project Admin preferred. • Experience with Lean, Kanban, and Extreme Programming methods is a bonus. Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Education Requirements Credential Category • Professional Certification in Agile or relevant field is desirable.
