The opportunity Join our dynamic team as a Senior in Technology and Product Management, where you will contribute to the delivery of one or more products, accountable for meeting team targets, coordinating junior colleagues or team members and meeting performance objectives and metrics set locally. Your role will involve supporting both technical and cross-functional teams to develop and implement cutting-edge technology solutions or infrastructure enhancements. As a Senior Business Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of driving technology transformation projects and programs that align with our organizational strategy to achieve remarkable outcomes. You will provide assurance to leadership by adeptly managing timelines, costs, and quality, and lead both technical and non-technical project teams in developing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions and infrastructure. Your key responsibilities In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the delivery of processes, solutions, and projects, applying your judgment and selecting appropriate methodologies to inform recommendations. You will be accountable for meeting targets that impact the immediate team and may also coordinate the work of junior colleagues. Expect to engage with external clients regularly, actively participating in client working sessions and possibly leading teams. To qualify for the role, you must have • A Bachelor’s degree is required ideally in computer science, business, or similar fields of study • Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager or similar role in tech or consulting companies • Proficiency in Agile Delivery and Development • Skill in Business Problem Analysis and Assessment • Strong Communication and Collaboration abilities • Knowledge of Customers' Market and Macro-Level Solution Design • Experience in Product Lifecycle Management and Strategic Product Planning and Roadmap • Familiarity with Technology Business Architecture Frameworks and User Research • Proficiency in assessing User Stories. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Flexibility in learning Ideally, you’ll also have • Knowledge Of Customers Market • Macro-Level Solution Design • Technology Business Architecture Frameworks • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Azure Devops, Jira) a plus. • Knowledge of topics related to data analytics and insurance sector. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $99,100 to $181,600. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $118,900 to $206,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
