Our client, a growing medical device company in the Greater Philadelphia area, is looking to add a Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications to their team. This organization boasts high praise for their collaborative culture and patient-focused mission. This person will be responsible for assessing the information needs of the overall business; identifying, implementing, managing and continuously improving necessary IT systems; and proactively identifying cutting edge technologies and processes to increase the speed and quality of actionable information to support planned rapid US and international expansion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Assure that the Company’s IT group aggressively maintains a “customer-service” focus; customers being the leadership team and employees of the Company • Manage the company’s ERP and other Information Technology systems • Develop business performance reporting resources, metrics and KPI’s • Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics • Business Analytics using data mined from ERP system and external data • Support efforts of the Marketing department to gather and analyze competitive intelligence • Integrate external data with internal data and systems for purposes of business analysis • Usability and user experience design • Build stand-alone business reports via programming (Power BI, SSRS, Cognos, etc.) Education and Experience • BA or BS in Computer Science or related fields • 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams. • Proficient in web application development using Python and .NET technologies in Azure, AWS, etc. • 5+ of analytics and report building experience using Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, etc. • 5+ years of experience using Sage X3 ERP or equivalent • 5+ years of strong database development/management experience using SQL Server
