Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field plus five (5) years of experience as an application developer or related occupation and five (5) years of experience with each of the following: - Designing and building web applications. - Software design, architecture and programming principles. - Navigating development through all stages of the SDLC. - UI design best practices and overall usability. - VB.net/C#/asp.net web/windows development using Visual Studio and/or PHP and Drupal, including application development, implementation, and testing. - HTML/JavaScript/JQuery/Silverlight and other latest client-side technologies. - Microsoft technologies and understanding of web configurations in IIS. - Azure environments/apps. - SQL Server. - Working in an Agile environment. - JavaScript and JavaScript libraries such as JQuery and Knockout, Bootstrap. - AJAX - Object orient programming. - Enterprise Library and a middle tier architecture. - Writing WCF, web services and security. - LINQ, including using VSS and TFS source code repositories. - Hosting web applications and handling change management in the cloud; and - Project Management Methodologies, including Agile and ITIL.
