The successful candidate will be tasked with expanding the company's routes to market through certified partners, with a primary focus on growing existing resellers and recruiting new partners. This role is pivotal in leading a team of channel managers and is intimately involved in the development and execution of partner activation and joint go-to-market plans. The DVP will be responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue bookings goals, and will work to aggressively grow channel revenues by enabling partner salesforces and executing joint GTM plans. A key aspect of the role is to determine the best collaboration model with each strategic partner to drive shared pipeline and revenue generation. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in leading and expanding revenue-focused partnerships, with a proven track record in the Microsoft ecosystem. The role requires a leader with a strong strategic planning and business analytics background, capable of developing and managing collaboration models that ensure sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' of people management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a history of recruiting, activating, and scaling new sales channels for SaaS solutions. The DVP should be results-oriented, with a winning attitude, and a disciplined approach to execution, in line with the company's core values. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to travel as needed are also essential.
