The Infrastructure Manager provides guidance to the infrastructure team and oversees key infrastructure projects. What You'll Do • Lead and support the infrastructure team, fostering collaboration and technical growth while overseeing key projects • Configure, optimize, and maintain systems, including virtual machines, storage solutions and network components • Act as the escalation point for complex infrastructure issues, guiding troubleshooting processes • Implement and manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions to ensure reliability, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements • Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and implement automation to improve efficiency and streamline operations • Collaborate with the IT Security team to maintain secure and compliant infrastructure environments • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to execute projects and support evolving organizational needs • Manage IT Infrastructure Operations after-hours support coverage • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to infrastructure strategies What You'll Need Required • Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or ARM templates • Strong understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization technologies • Familiarity with mid-range network configurations and cloud security practices • Hands-on experience with Azure services and Kubernetes • Strong communication abilities to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering • Proven experience in managing hybrid environments and implementing cloud solutions Desired • Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate) preferred • ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus Physical Demands • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor #LI-EB1 Reasonable Accommodation Statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 - 8111.
