IT Systems Administrator III Pay: $79,000/yr - $133,000/yr, BOE Location: Belleville, IL Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401k, Paid Paternity Leave This position is hybrid and responsible for providing after hour, holiday, and weekend support. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze user needs and requirements in accordance with IT processes. • Develop, provide, and maintain necessary documentation for all systems applications and server system. • Manage systems monitoring applications using related monitoring tools; proactively address anomalies. • Assist with systems infrastructure, systems security, and systems maintenance. • Maintains appropriate system documentation in ticketing and/or project tracking systems • Determine an implement best-practice solutions for common and unique infrastructure or server systems issues without direct supervision. • Installs and maintains operating systems and security patching. • Diagnoses and repairs server, workstation, application, database, and storage failures • Responsible for applying monitoring, endpoint security and capacity planning of organizational information system, applications or services where appropriate • Resolves outages, escalations and completes project in a timely fashion. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, health care, or related fields, or equivalent work experience. • 8+ years experience working in a Systems Administration II+ role. • VMWare experience • Microsoft Active Directory • Microsoft SCCM or SmartDeploy • Microsoft SQL Server • Microsoft Exchange • Microsoft Workstation and Server security functions, protocols, and technologies. • Microsoft Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Workstation 10, 11, Active Directory, SQL Server, networking, Group Policy, and other Windows Server functionality. • Linux experience a plus. • Veeam experience required. • Familiarity with health care data. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or equivalent certification. • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert a plus. • VMWare certification a plus. • Veeam certification a plus. rough your expertise in IT systems administration, we invite you to apply.
