As a Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust Microsoft 365 solutions that meet the needs of our organization. With a focus on cybersecurity, identity management, and productivity, you will work closely with our IT team to ensure seamless user experiences and self-service management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and more. A proven track record of architecture and design experience, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills, are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions that meet business requirements. • Work closely with the IT team to develop and maintain security policies and best practices. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address technical issues. • Provide end-user support and training on Microsoft 365 tools and features. • Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations. Qualifications: • Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 services, including administration and architecture. • Some knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), and Microsoft 365 services. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
