Our pharma client is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join their team through the end of 2025, potential to extend. This role is Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote in Irvine, CA, Mettawa, IL, or Branchburg, NJ. Role Summary We are seeking a strategic and self-motivated Digital Project Manager to join a dynamic team focused on transforming business operations through innovative digital solutions. Top Must Have Skills 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing or digital project management (Pharmaceutical industry preferred) Strong project management skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet (Power BI a plus) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Additional Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience Experience facilitating meetings, managing stakeholders, and aligning technical and business teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Agile mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt Responsibilities Lead and manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery Act as the primary contact for technical platform issues and coordinate resolutions Ensure data quality and consistency in reporting (e.g., Monthly Business Reviews) Collaborate across teams to support reporting, testing, training, and adoption of new tools Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and presentation materials Identify challenges and recommend improvements for platforms and processes Support access management, workshops, and cross-functional initiatives Serve as a backup for the manager when needed, including meeting facilitation and stakeholder communication In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
