Job description

Responsibilities: - Lead and Lead and manage full lifecycle IAM implementation projects (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Azure AD, CyberArk). - Develop project plans, scope, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. - Coordinate with engineering, solution architecture, and client security teams to drive successful delivery. - Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project). - Identify, manage, and resolve project dependencies, risks, and issues. - Prepare and present regular project status updates and executive summaries to internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure all project documentation is maintained and delivered as per contractual obligations. - Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes. Requirements: - 7+ years of IT Project Management experience, with 3+ years specifically managing IAM or cybersecurity implementation projects. - Strong understanding of IAM technologies and concepts (e.g., IGA, SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC, provisioning, access governance). - Experience working with IAM platforms like SailPoint, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or Azure AD. - Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in matrixed or client environments. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field. Master's degree a plus.
