Work you’ll do As a CRM Integrator in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform you will help clients design and develop solutions that utilize the Microsoft platforms and integrate with other technologies. You will build positive client and peer relationships by developing an understanding of customer's business and project scope. Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work : • Customer Operations modernize, deploy, and operate office capabilities and business processes across sales operations, quote-to-cash, and revenue management team • Sales Excellence & Service Excellence Integrate the latest technologies with leading-edge strategies, insights, experiences, and talent to enable outstanding customer service Qualifications Required • 3+ years functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and configuration • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform • Experience with multiple full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Experience in the end-to-end project delivery cycle and managing customer expectations • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the client and industries / sectors you serve. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred • Bachelor's Degree and / or advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and integration • Familiarity with Azure or other leading cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google • Familiarity with other leading CRM applications, such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, or ServiceNow • Strong understanding of multiple SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other) • Expertise in solution selling techniques such as identifying the client pain points, defining a solution, and contributing to a project proposal. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 to $208,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
