Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 techs, helping them grow into Tier 3-level problem solvers. Maintain and enhance system performance-including backups, automation, and hypervisors. Shape the future of IT at Sioux Chief by working closely with leadership to align tech strategies with business goals. Lead infrastructure efforts across remote facilities and sister companies. Implement best-in-class security practices and system improvements. Champion user support during peak periods to ensure a smooth experience for all. Requirements What We're Looking For: Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server OS and network systems. Proven skills in hardware troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Hands-on experience with backups, automation, hypervisors, and system evaluations. A security-focused mindset with a proactive approach to improving systems. Passion for growth and leadership-this role guides Tier 1 and 2 team members and plays a critical part in setting IT direction. A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
