Actual compensation will depend on the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as location and applicable employment laws. Skills • Extensive ability to collaborate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) or F&O (ERP) Functional Architects • Proficiency in technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics applications • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex proposals • Ability to coach and mentor team members • Familiarity with data integration and migration processes Responsibilities • Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design technology solutions • Address issues and resolve conflicts within the team • Develop meaningful recommendations based on data and stakeholder views • Manage the lifecycle of Dynamics 365 solution implementations Qualifications • Minimum 8 years of experience in a related field • Demonstrated success in architectural and technical capacities • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development • Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Education Requirements Credential Category • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP certification required • Preferred certifications include D365 F&O Trade and Logistics and additional D365 modules Experience Requirements • Extensive experience in consulting, designing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage client relationships Why work in Portland, OR Portland offers a vibrant culture, stunning natural landscapes, and a strong sense of community.
