How You Will Contribute - Collaborate with organizational, marketing, and product line leaders to understand business strategies and support them by providing robust, data-driven reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making and performance assessment. - Collaborate with systems teams to drive the build-out of data infrastructure, reports, and dashboards needed to support KPI measurements. - Translate data and metrics into understandable, actionable recommendations. - Utilize data and analytics to identify patterns that lead to greater business insights to promote improved teacher, student, and donor outcomes. - Coordinate teacher/partner survey efforts in line with business strategy objectives; leverage survey results to drive decision-making and actionable recommendations. - Consistently reevaluate and improve existing processes, data, and knowledge systems to best support customers, partners, and the organization. - Capture and synthesize effective data management practice to document data governance for the organization. What You Will Bring - 1+ years of strategic/business/financial analysis and report/dashboard development experience; experience utilizing Power BI highly preferred. Directly relevant academic focus considered equivalent to experience. - Ability to transform data and analytics into valuable insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making. - A basic knowledge of IT/data infrastructure. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Critical thinking and analytical skills that allow one to identify challenges and develop solutions to overcome them. - Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Enthusiasm to contribute to our vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.
