The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud migration projects, with hands-on experience in dbt, Airflow, Python, and SQL. A strong understanding of modern data lake architectures and cloud-based data platforms is also essential.Your Responsibilities: • Lead and grow a team of data engineers, fostering a high-performing, results-driven culture. • Oversee the migration from Azure to AWS, establishing a modern data lake architecture. • Architect, design, and optimize scalable data pipelines using dbt, Airflow, Python, and SQL. • Build data solutions that support AI and GenAI initiatives, enabling the development of tools, metrics, and agents that drive business results. • Partner with Data Scientists and Analysts to ensure data infrastructure meets advanced analytical needs. • Ensure data security, governance, and compliance while promoting best practices in data management.
