You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities: Process tax returns and communicate delivery of returns with clients Assist with bookkeeping activities Plan and schedule appointments and events Develop and implement organized filing systems Compilation of tax returns and other accounting documents Assisting Partners and other employees Perform other office tasks Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fieldsStrong work ethic and efficient in tasksAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeEnjoy working with clientsStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skills
