Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled and strategic Data & Business Intelligence (BI) Architect to lead our data infrastructure and analytics initiatives within the manufacturing and distribution sector. This role transforms raw operational data into actionable insights that drive efficiency, optimize supply chain performance, and support data-driven decision-making across production, logistics, and sales operations. This hybrid role will require an office presence for three to four days on-site at our facility during regular business hours. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement a scalable data architecture to support manufacturing operations, inventory management, and distribution analytics. • Develop and maintain data models and data warehouses that integrate data from JD Edwards, Hubspot, and other data sources in the environment. • Lead the development of BI dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as production efficiency, inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and logistics performance. • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, finance, and IT teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all systems, including real-time data from IoT devices and shop floor systems. • Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts and data engineers. • Evaluate and implement CDP and BI tools and technologies to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities. • Establish data governance policies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership to support continuous improvement and operational excellence. • Design and enable the Data Architecture required to deploy AI models and Agents. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in data architecture and BI within manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments, and 8 to 10 years overall IT experience • 5+ years of experience leading BI and Analytics teams and/or complex Analytics projects • Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems (JDEdwards preferred) and data integration techniques. • Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, data modeling, and cloud platforms (especially Azure, OCI & Snowflake) • Experience deploying Python regression models • Hands-on experience with Power BI • Expertise in collaborating, communication, and presenting with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business solutions Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Segment Skills and Competencies: • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Work Environment: Office: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an office environment.
