🔐 Now Hiring: Cybersecurity Engineer 4 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 SME) 📍 Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 1–3 days onsite/week) ⏳ Duration: 12 months (extension likely) A leading organization is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join their digital transformation team, focusing on secure development practices, cloud security engineering, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role is ideal for a security expert with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365, cloud platforms like Azure/AWS, and a passion for working closely with DevOps and engineering teams to embed security throughout the SDLC. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: • Act as the Security SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365, guiding teams on secure architecture, design, and operational practices. • Lead security defect management using tools like CodeQL, Rapid7, and others to identify and resolve vulnerabilities. • Partner with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure secure-by-design solutions and compliant implementations. • Enable and manage security testing and vulnerability assessments across infrastructure and application layers. • Support GRC audits and security assessments in alignment with ISO, SOC, OWASP, and MITRE standards. • Mentor team members and help uplift overall security maturity and DevSecOps alignment. ✅ Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity (12+ if no degree) • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 security • Hands-on knowledge of cloud security in Azure and/or AWS • Familiarity with SAST/DAST practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability management • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Comfortable working in a cross-functional R&D environment 💡 Bonus if you have: • Background in solution architecture or DevOps • Experience contributing to architecture documentation or internal security scorecards 📩 Know someone perfect for this role—or want to apply?
