We are seeking a detail oriented and tech savvy intern to support the development of automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional with a passion for process improvement, digital tools, and business efficiency. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and help build automated solutions that improve productivity and reduce manual work. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in designing, building, and testing Power Automate (Flow) workflows to automate business processes. • Create and support documentation of current and optimized workflows. • Identify areas for automation or optimization. • Collaborate with process owners to gather requirements and translate them into automated solutions. • Maintain and update existing flows as business needs evolve. • Help monitor and troubleshoot flow performance and errors. • Work with other Microsoft 365 tools, such as SharePoint, Forms, Teams, and Excel Online as part of automation efforts. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel). • Exposure to or interest in Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Clear communication and documentation abilities. • Willingness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
