Job Title: Windows Administrator (VMware & Active Directory) Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite) Job Type: Contract The Windows Administrator with VMware and AD expertise is responsible for provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, and VMware platform management supporting Microsoft Windows servers on-premises or in the cloud. Qualifications include 8 to 10 years of experience in Windows, VMware, and Active Directory administration, with SME-level expertise. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows server issues, VMware ESX management, scripting with Power Shell, AD administration (including ADFS Level 2), Windows clustering, DNS support, installation and configuration of domain controllers, GPO management, virtualization (Hyper-V and VMware vSphere), developing VMware solutions, network and OS patch management, server virtualization, and system tuning. Additional skills include knowledge of Windows Server build and tuning, systems support for critical systems, and performance monitoring. The role requires 24/7 availability.
