This position will provide technical support and systems engineering for the analysis, design, integration, installation, testing and lifecycle support of existing systems. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To • Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems. • Perform system backups and recovery. • Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity. • Document internal policies & procedures and build instructions. • Develop and maintain scripts to automate work and perform it more efficiently. Required Experience • Associate’s degree in a related area with at least 2 years of experience in Information Technology or in a related area. • Must have the following certifications: • AWS SysOps Administrator Associate • Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within Information Technology Service Management. • Experience with AWS Cloud hosting.
