Job Description:Technical Skills· Expert in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Data Bricks· Strong experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD· Advance knowledge of Azure SQL DB & Synapse Analytics· Knowledge of Power BI, SSIS is a plus· Expert in T-SQL· Knowledge of Logic Apps· Knowledge of Azure data lake is must· Knowledge of Azure Services like Analysis Service, SQL Databases is a must. · Experience in data modeling and database design with excellent knowledge of SQL Server best practices· Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence architecture is must· Understanding of Python / PySpark / Databricks is a plus· Experience working in Agile environment (Scrum, Lean, Kanban)Domain Skills - Clinical Trials· Good understanding of clinical trial business domain· Data modeling experience in the clinical trial domainEssential Function· Team Leading skills; Onshore-Offshore coordination.· Work independently with business and technical stakeholders to understand the organization’s obstacles, and provide due diligence· Design solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements· Can review architecture and solution design artifacts· Proactively provide guidance on engineering methodologies, standards and leading practices· Guidance of engineering staff and reviews of as-built configurations during construction phase· Identify, communicate and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions throughout full lifecycle· Estimate and outline the recommended solutions· Execute the hands-on implementation of proposed solutions and provide technical guidance to teams during the solutions’ development and deployment phases
