Job Summary Under the supervision of the Network and Systems Director, and in collaboration with other MIS teams, responsible for the configuration and management of various mission critical applications ensuring they run seamlessly and evolve with the organization’s needs. Responsible for Associate training, testing, and working with vendors and other MIS teams in upgrading and resolving application problems. Skills 1. Proficiency in application lifecycle management, database systems, and software integration tools, with cloud-based solutions. 2. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and convey technical information clearly. 3. Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting application issues and identifying innovative solutions. 4. Highly effective written and oral communication skills. 5. Ability to translate user requirements into support systems and processes, handle multiple tasks in a support role, and work consultatively with people of varying technical experience. Work Experience Five years of experience working with multi-tiered systems is required, with strong knowledge and proficiency in the use of business software applications like MS Office and project management tools as well as expertise in change management and documentation of systems configuration. Experience in leading projects, managing timelines, and coordinating resources effectively is required. Experience with MS SQL servers, SharePoint, IIS servers, MS Biztalk, and MS Windows Server management and administration preferred. Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V preferred. License/Registration/Certification Industry-recognized certifications from Microsoft, are preferred but not required. Education and Training Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Management or computer-related field is required.
