SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTIONS The Vice President Information Technology is a senior leadership role and critical member that will work with all stakeholders to align priorities and initiatives with key business objectives and ensure the blueprint continues to be designed with the most current software versions for the enterprise and the technical services center within repair operation. The Vice President Information Technology will provide strategic direction for the organization’s technical infrastructure and security – including hardware, software, servers, databases, storage solutions, networks, audiovisual equipment, and physical facilities – in support of critical business operations. This position is responsible for maintaining comprehensive architecture documentation and the associated inventory lists. This person will be hands-on with the IT and the IS teams and drive the execution of initiatives that ensure uptime and operations productivity for overall IT and IS security and efficiency infrastructure including installing, configuring, and managing the software, hardware, and networks. This position will be engaged as the IT/IS Lead for New Product Integrations/Introductions. This position will also have the responsibility and oversight of the Information Systems Applications and Informatics Department to contribute, influence, and drive organizational vision through the strategic enterprise full life cycle management of all revenue cycle, ERP, and customer-facing applications. This department evaluates the business needs and associated internal and external customer requirements, develop and implement technical solutions accordingly to enable business and strategic growth trajectory. Directs and designs the use and usability of systems to collect, aggregate, and report data to achieve regulatory requirements and efficiency. Responsible for end-user education, adoption, optimization, and training of applications. Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience, Education, Certifications, Skills • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or other degree. Prefer Master of Science • Experience in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Microsoft Server, VM (Hyper-V, Azure), SQL Server, and DevOps Administration • CompTIA A+ / CompTIA Security+ / CompTIA Cloud+ / ISC2 CCSP / EC-Council CCSE Certification • Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, or MCITP certifications preferred • Experience with Microsoft 365 Exchange Online administration/configuration/troubleshooting (domains, policies, transport rules, etc.) • In depth Microsoft 365 configuration and administration for MS Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint • Proven experience as a system administrator or network administrator • Minimum of 6 years of previous experience related to IT Management or technology solutions architecture • Experience directly managing teams including non-exempt and exempt individual contributors to exempt managers of teams • Experience as a senior director or vice president level of IT • **FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION, PLEASE SEND A COPY OF YOUR UPDATED RESUME.
