AAA Club Alliance is hiring a Travel Systems Specialist to join our growing Travel Support team! This System Specialist will be responsible for the testing, enhancement, and operational performance of the Club’s Travel booking systems. They will operate as point person for all system operational performance issues. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES include Testing (support all testing for travel system initiatives, writing and executing comprehensive functional test plans, performing UAT and Checkout testing prior to travel system production releases), Monitoring and Enhancements (making recommendations to improve efficiency, monitoring system availability and performance, troubleshooting incidents, making configuration changes, submitting IT Incident Requests, participating in software development meetings), and Support (acting as subject matter expert, logging and following up on support tickets, recommending training needs, communicating with vendors and AAA National). MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS include Associate’s Degree or equivalent, 3+ years travel industry experience, Certified Travel Associate (CTA) designation within 2 years. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES include ability to interact at multiple levels, knowledge of travel industry payment processes, excellent customer service, communication, analytical skills, proficiency in travel systems and Microsoft Office. The role offers a hybrid work schedule with Tuesday through Thursday in-office days at Wilmington, DE, Worthington, OH, or Cincinnati, OH offices.
