Job Description As a Sr Operational Excellence Analys here at Honeywell, you will drive data-driven insights to optimize operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and develop analytical solutions within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will report directly to our Sr Director Adv Manufacturing Engineer, and you'll be able to work out of our El Paso, TX or We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role is crucial for our continued profitable growth, as you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our operational insights and AI models. You will work at the intersection of data engineering, machine learning, and operations to transform raw data into actionable intelligence. You will be part of HONEYWELL Building Automation Concurrent Engineering organization. Responsibilities • Design and manage infrastructure for IoT and 3rd party data ingestion into Azure / Power Platform environments. • Automate endpoint/server configurations, deployments, and monitoring using PowerShell, Intune, and RPA. • Support Power Platform and analyst teams with reliable infrastructure and data pipelines. US PERSONS REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Five to ten years' experience in the following... • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, VMware Server management • Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis. • Exposure to advanced AI/ML applications (LLMs, NLP, computer vision, Azure OpenAI). • Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks • Knowledge of IoT device integration and API-based data exchange • Experience with system security, compliance, and DR strategies • Ability to collaborate across business, IT, and analytics teams • Programming Languages: C/C++ Language, Microsoft VB/VBA, SQL, MS PowerShell, Python • Certifications: AZ-104- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Assoicate Windows Server Hybrid Admin VMware VCP Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate WE VALUE • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. • 1-3 years of experience in analytics or supply chain roles. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Familiarity with ERP systems and data management practices. • Experience in a similar industry (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce). • Knowledge of DevOps practices for MLOps. • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. • Certifications from major cloud providers (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer).
