Responsibilities Lead a cross-geography team of highly motivated technical individuals to develop and enhance low to medium complexity web and mobile written using .NET framework as well as modern JS frameworks Assign and complete project work or tasks as assigned Envision and lead solution design and modelling Participate in the planning and analysis for each release Involve in the design aspects as it relates to application development/enhancements and future stability/sustainability of the application Responsible for supporting the team (business analysts, quality assurance analysts, project manager, other developer, etc.) as it relates to application development changes and integration with other IT partner deliverables Engaging in the application development for releases to provide enhanced capabilities and functionality to the application Dealing with post release support, incident ticket resolution, and ad-hoc business requests Participate in the daily standup and provide status updates, contribute to team meetings Provide and recommend innovative solutions to complex architectural issues Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review Develop proof-of-concept prototypes in support of future product concepts Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for one or more technology domains Adhering to the Information Security Management System guidelines & policies as set by iSteer Qualifications 10+ years of extensive comprehension and hands on experience with architectural frameworks, design approaches and development methodologies (.NET, SQL stack, REST/API, Microservices, SOA, EF, ASP.NET, C#.NET, MVC, WCF, HTML5, etc.…) as well as a strong track record in creating and maintaining platform business and technology roadmaps Advanced knowledge, experience, and understanding of architecture, application development, application systems design, and integration A good understanding of the Applications Lifecycle Management (ALM), with full lifecycle experience, from design through to development, testing and deployment A good understanding over extreme programming/practices such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Pair programming, Test Drive Development Work experience in SQL Server Experience with both non-Agile and Agile processes Experience in constructing architectural runways Unit Testing of ASP.NET, C# applications using Microsoft testing framework Hands on experience in large-scale SOA design, development, and deployment Experience with common enterprise security protocols Good knowledge and understanding of the Information Security Management system Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with leadership capability Desired Skills Good to have Microsoft Azure Experience Good to have Business Intelligence and Reporting skills (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS) Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft big data tools such as Stream Analytics and Machine Learning Preferred Skills and Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field iSteer offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. iSteer is an equal opportunity employer.
