Description The Technical Account Manager will own the day-to-day relationship with one of Axon’s key customers to build long-term, strategic partnerships. As the main point of contact for your customers, you will provide best practices and technical expertise to help stakeholders achieve operational goals using Axon’s products. You will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, providing insight into customer needs and challenges to influence internal product roadmaps and projects.
