Job Title: Senior Microsoft PowerApps Professional At h3 Technologies, we are seeking a seasoned Sr. Microsoft PowerApps Developer to join our team in Richmond, VA (Hybrid). This is a 12+ month contract opportunity with an estimated salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year. About the Role The Sr. Power Apps Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying applications using Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and other related tools. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop custom Power Apps solutions, incorporating Power Automate flows to automate business processes. • Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions to identify business needs and define solution architectures. • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry best practices and standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and APIs. • Participate in Agile SDLC methodologies and contribute to the development of documentation and knowledge base articles. Requirements and Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. • Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, data models, and integration patterns. • Proficiency in SQL and C# programming languages, as well as API/REST service integrations. • Certifications in PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer are highly preferred.
