Duties and responsibilities • Frequent onsite work with customers in the Bay Area • Project design and SoW creation. You will take an active role designing that solution as well as creating a Scope of Work with the tasks and time needed to deploy that solution. • Project and solutions implementer. You will be a “go to” person for start-to-finish deployment of projects and solutions. • Providing guidance and mentoring for junior members of the support team. • Completing projects on time, on budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
