Must Have Technical/Functional Skills .NET CORE, ASP.NET SQL Server/Oracle, Micro Services Others: Dev Ops CICD , Entity Frameworks Strong Solution Design skills Experience Required Expertise on .Net Core, SQL, Java script/JQuery Fair knowledge on Azure Services and Infrastructure - Logic App, App Service, Function App, etc Experience in Azure authenticated web apps Fair hands-on in Azure Dev Ops Board Management, Pipelines (both Classic Editor and YAML), Git Repository Knowledge on CQRS and Repository pattern Analytical ability Roles & Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design: • Define and design end-to-end architecture for .NET applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. • Develop and enforce best practices for coding, architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture), and Dev Ops processes. • Architect microservices-based and serverless solutions • Lead application modernization initiatives, including cloud migration (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).Technical Leadership & Development: • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. • Oversee the implementation of best practices in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. • Evaluate and select appropriate design patterns, technologies, and frameworks. • Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through reviews and automated testing. Cloud & Infrastructure: • Design and implement cloud-native architectures on Azure/AWS/GCP, including CI/CD pipelines. • Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments. • Optimize applications for scalability and cost-effectiveness in cloud environments. Generic Managerial Skills • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and leadership abilities. • Ability to mentor and guide development teams. • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
