We’re seeking a Microsoft 365 SPFx Developer who brings deep experience developing business solutions using the SharePoint Framework, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 tools. This role requires strong technical acumen and an understanding of how to translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, build, test, and deploy custom business applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, and Microsoft Graph. • Lead the development of modern intranet experiences, digital forms, and business automation workflows across departments. • Implement and manage custom permission models using Azure AD, Microsoft 365 Groups, and SharePoint Groups. • Create scalable, reusable components and web parts that integrate with Teams, SharePoint, and Viva Connections. • Integrate with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Automate. • Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver intuitive, secure, and compliant M365 solutions. • Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance policies. • Create and maintain technical documentation and system architecture diagrams. • Stay informed on the Microsoft 365 roadmap and apply new capabilities to enhance business value. REQUIREMENTS • Proven hands-on expertise designing and developing custom solutions with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and React. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 identity and access management, including: Azure Active Directory (AAD), Microsoft 365 Groups, SharePoint Groups, Role-based access control (RBAC) and custom permissions • Deep familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and Fluent UI. • Experience building Power Automate workflows and integrating Power Platform into business processes. • Ability to design and implement secure, scalable, enterprise-ready business applications on Microsoft 365. • Proficiency using DevOps and source control tools such as: Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab • Comfort with toolchains including NPM, Webpack, Gulp, Yeoman, TypeScript. • Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to work directly with business teams, stakeholders, and end-users. PREFERRED CERTIFICATION • Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate • Microsoft Certified: Teams Developer Associate Minimum Required: • US Citizen (Required due to federal client contracts). • Must be based in the United States with ability to travel occasionally for onsite client meetings. • Must provide past project references covering the last 5 years. • Ability to obtain a federal security clearance if required.
