Senior PACS Administrator – Dental Imaging (Epic & MiPACS) Overview: We’re a growing dental clinic network implementing Epic Practice Management and MiPACS as our dental PACS solution, with Dexis supporting 3D and CBCT imaging. We’re looking for an experienced Senior PACS Administrator to lead, support, and scale our imaging infrastructure across current and future locations. What You’ll Do: • Oversee implementation and administration of MiPACS and Dexis imaging systems • Manage integration with Epic PMS via Epic Bridges, HL7, and DICOM • Optimize imaging workflows across 2D, 3D, and CBCT modalities • Design scalable PACS infrastructure for multi-site support • Lead interoperability, data exchange, and workflow automation • Ensure DICOM compliance, secure imaging access, and HIPAA adherence • Provide support, training, and issue resolution for clinic and IT staff What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years in PACS administration (dental or medical) • Proven Epic integration experience (Epic Bridges, HL7, DICOM) • Hands-on expertise with MiPACS, Dexis, CBCT, and 3D workflows • Strong knowledge of PACS architecture, interfaces, and imaging security • Experience with VNA, image storage, cloud PACS, and vendor collaboration • Familiarity with Active Directory, MWL, and structured reports Preferred: • Dental PACS experience • SQL/database skills • Cloud imaging (Azure/AWS) • Multi-clinic/rapid-growth environment background
