Key Responsibilities\ As a SharePoint Developer with Security Clearance at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will have several key responsibilities:\ 1. Provide advisory services and technical expertise on digital transformation initiatives.\ 2. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.\ 3. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their challenges and requirements and apply your technical knowledge to recommend solutions with consideration for best practices, costs, and timelines.\ 4. Create and manage client deliverables, including briefings, technical applications, and analytical products.\ 5. Leverage industry best practices in digital transformation.\ \ Requirements\ To be successful in this role, you will need to have:\ 1. 4+ years of experience developing Out of the Box and using code-based solutions, including HTML, and CSS for SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019, or later.\ 2. 2+ years of experience leading and integrating technical tasks, work products, and project teams.\ 3. Experience with SharePoint Online and Power Apps, including Flow, Power BI, or Power Automate, to create workflows and customize SharePoint lists, libraries, and pages.\ 4. Experience conducting data gathering, research and analysis, designing and developing recommendations, and communicating through verbal briefings and written documents to provide clients with solutions that deliver value.\ 5. Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\ 6. Knowledge of Agile principles and practices, and the DoD military structure and organizational processes.\ 7. Ability to work within a dynamic project landscape independently or in a team setting.\ 8. Ability to develop and maintain technical design artifacts and requirements documentation.\ 9. Secret clearance.\ 10. HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with knowledge management and digital transformation, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with knowledge management and digital transformation.
