System Engineer – O365, Teams, and Azure Magenium Solutions is seeking a skilled System Engineer with expertise in Microsoft technologies to support enterprise-scale deployments and migrations. Key Responsibilities: • Architect, deploy, and manage Office 365 environments, ensuring optimal functionality and security. • Oversee Active Directory administration, including group policies and identity management. • Lead large-scale migrations (5,000+ clients) with seamless execution. • Design and implement Exchange server deployments and configurations. • Provide technical expertise in BES, MIIS, Forefront Identity Manager, Arcot, and other Microsoft services. • Maintain compliance standards while optimizing organizational processes. Qualifications: • Experience with enterprise-level migrations (Teams, Exchange, O365, 5,000+ clients). • Extensive knowledge of Office 365 (administration, security, and integration). • Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams, including device management and governance. • Strong expertise in Active Directory, including user management and security policies. • Proven experience in enterprise-level migrations (5,000+ clients). • Hands-on experience with Exchange buildouts and deployment strategies. • Familiarity with identity management tools (BES, MIIS, Forefront Identity Manager, Arcot). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills and compliance awareness to maintain best practices.
