Job Title: Sr. Developer/Tech Lead Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Fabric Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Microsoft's Fabric platform, including Data Factory, Synapse, and Power BI. They will be responsible for architecting, deploying, and managing Fabric solutions that help drive our data analytics, integration, and reporting needs. Key Responsibilities: 1.Design, build, and implement data solutions using Microsoft Fabric components like Synapse, Power BI, and Data Factory. 2. Develop and optimize ETL processes for data integration and transformation across various sources. 3. Work with stakeholders to define data strategies and provide robust analytics solutions. 4. Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with organizational standards. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights. 6. Continuously monitor and enhance system performance, scalability, and efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory, Synapse, and Power BI. 2. Proficiency in building and managing data pipelines, data lakes, and ETL processes. 3. Strong knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, and data modeling best practices. 4. Experience with Azure Data services (Azure SQL, Databricks, etc.) and cloud architecture. 5. Familiarity with Power BI reporting, DAX, and advanced data visualization techniques. 6. Knowledge of data governance, security protocols, and compliance regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate or similar certification. 2. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing in data solutions. 3. Exposure to machine learning models and AI integrations in data platforms is a plus.
