Job Overview Plexos Group LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Cost Analyst to support a Wildfire Disaster Recovery program in New Mexico. The successful candidate will work closely with the Case Management Supervisor and case managers to review and analyze cost estimates for repairs, rebuilds, and restoration for disaster survivors. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. About Plexos Group: Plexos Group is a leading program delivery and project management company. Responsibilities • Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments and agencies, and construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates. • Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. • Collect recovery progress and construction activity data for program Return on Investment calculations. • Assist with outreach to licensed contractors to provide accurate contact information and report on the availability of services. • Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors. • Evaluate estimates and determinations by other agencies and their respective programs. • Collaborate with supervisory staff to set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cost Analyst preferably in Construction. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and managerial skills. • Able to prioritize and handle multiple complex tasks. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
