The Data Analytics and Governance Analyst will synthesize insights from data captured by OCFO employees and collaborate closely with government analysts. The role involves developing strategies to improve team performance, generating learnings, and executing strategic recommendations through project management.The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative analysis and the ability to build and lead a team of talented analysts. Experience in a similar role involving operations, support, or analytics, and comfort interacting with stakeholders and senior management, is preferred.ResponsibilitiesProvide expert analysis and recommendations on big data management and analytics approaches and technologies.Apply accounting and auditing concepts to client situations.Perform financial, budgetary, and operational data analytics.Meet project expectations defined by stakeholders.Identify and communicate project risks, assumptions, and constraints.Manage resources, communication, and costs of projects/programs.Document financial, accounting, and audit-related information for reporting.Complete and deliver engagement-specific work products and deliverables.Conduct detailed research and technical analysis.Maintain knowledge of data quality, protection practices, and regulatory requirements.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in relevant fields or at least five years of related experience.Minimum five years of experience in data analytics or related areas.Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).Experience with scripting/programming languages (R, Python).Proficiency in SQL, OBIEE, R, Tableau, Python, PowerBI, or similar tools.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Effective communication skills, both oral and written.Working at Inalab ConsultingInalab values diversity and offers competitive benefits, educational assistance, and career growth opportunities.
