Job Summary – System Engineer Level 2 (Best Buy, Richfield, MN) • Primary Focus: • Administer, engineer, and support Microsoft Teams and related productivity/collaboration tools within Microsoft 365 environment. • Key Responsibilities: • Manage Microsoft Teams, including policy, reporting, monitoring, integrations, and enterprise configurations. • Design and support AV (audio/video) solutions, specifically for conference rooms. • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Azure Automation. • Integrate and automate workflows using Graph API and SharePoint REST API. • Provide 3rd level support, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform change management. • Create/update standard operating procedures and conduct training for end-users and staff. • Stay current with advancements in collaboration tools and contribute technical expertise. • Collaborate with architects and senior leadership to recommend and propose new solutions. • Mentor and provide work direction to junior engineers and administrators. • Required Skills & Experience: • 7+ years IT engineering experience; recent local project experience required. • 5+ years in M365 Admin Center (Teams & SharePoint). • 3+ years in AV tech (Teams/Zoom Rooms). • 3+ years in M365 operational support (OneDrive, Power Platform, Office). • 3+ years scripting/automation (PowerShell, Azure, Graph/REST API). • Experience with ITSM (ServiceNow). • Preferred Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT. • Azure Active Directory experience. • Project leadership using standardized methodologies. • Experience with diverse cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Experience with NexThink enterprise monitoring. • Location/Schedule: • Duration: • 6 months Let me know if you need a shorter summary or a version tailored for a resume!
