Description Details • We are looking for a detail-oriented Power BI System Administrator to manage and maintain our multiple Power Bi Premium Capacity instances that are part of overall Power BI tenant. As a Power BI System Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and optimizing these instances and working with the Enterprise team to ensure they meet the needs of our organization and its users. Key Responsibilities: • Deployments: Manage and coordinate the deployment of Power BI reports, Power Automate Flows, Power Aps. dashboards, datasets, and workspaces, ensuring accuracy and consistency across environments. • System Management: Oversee the administration and configuration of the environment, including user access, security settings, workspace management, and system performance. • Monitoring: Implement monitoring solutions to track system performance, usage patterns, and potential issues, ensuring high availability and reliability. • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Power BI, collaborating with Data, Enterprise, and other teams, as necessary. • Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards, managing user roles and permissions within Power BI. • Capacity Planning: Project future needs for Power BI resources and plan for capacity expansion as needed. • Platform Performance Monitoring: Monitor environment for spikes and anomalies in usage and collaborate on remediation. • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
