Come join usBecome a part of our Modern Workplace Data, Applications, and Workflow (DAW) practice as an experienced solution architect and developer, where you will be instrumental in designing, estimating, building, and deploying advanced Modern Workplace projects that transforming the way our clients get work done. These projects will challenge and hone your expertise with Power Platform Apps/connectors, Graph Connectors, Teams Message Extensions, and Copilot for M365 extensions. SharePoint migrations, Copilot for M365 extensions to deliver sophisticated knowledge management solutions on the M365 platform. Together, we do what matters. Skills and experiences • You have extensive experience in IT consulting, with a focus on Microsoft's Modern Workplace solutions. • Proven experience managing onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure high-quality project execution and adherence to best practices. • Solid track record of successfully delivering complex projects involving Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams and M365 connectors and extensions. • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform. • Experience working with offshore delivery teams and managing distributed project teams. • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing talent and fostering a collaborative team environment. About youAbout You • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • You likely have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. • Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex business challenges. • Possess relevant Certifications in Microsoft technologies: O365, Teams, Power Platform, AI, Azure. • Coaching and Mentorship: Foster growth and development of less experienced professionals What you'll doWhat you will do • Lead the design, estimation, and delivery of Modern Workplace projects with a focus on Power Platform Apps/Connectors, Graph Connectors, Teams Message Extensions, and Copilot for M365 extensions. • Assume the mantle of quality guardian, ensuring every solution delivered showcases excellence in design and performance. • Engage with clients to understand their business needs, provide strategic insights, and guide them through their digital transformation journey. • Collaborate with sellers to develop compelling proposals and ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery. • Serve as a leader and mentor to both project and client teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Stay current with the latest trends with Microsoft's Modern Workplace landscape and leverage this knowledge to enhance our service offerings. • Continuously update and refine our delivery methodologies to ensure we provide the most efficient and effective solutions to our clients. • Act as a thought leader and advocate for Modern Workplace solutions, representing Avanade at industry events and conferences.
