You'll collaborate with various internal partners to provide advanced support and tackle technical issues while being part of a dynamic Business Systems team. What You'll Do: • Identify and resolve complex issues related to software applications. • Review security and data reports to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. • Generate detailed reports in response to client inquiries and troubleshoot advanced software support used by internal teams. • Log, track, and manage work tickets with external product vendors or support organizations. • Support application implementations and test end-user processes following defined guidelines. • Engage in systems analysis and assess the business implications of technology applications. • Mentor junior team members by providing functional guidance and training. • Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems with minimal precedent, recommending new techniques when necessary. • Impact both your team and other closely related teams by suggesting process improvements and solutions to enhance efficiency. What You'll Need: • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of relevant experience. • A solid understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within your job function. • Strong ability to evaluate and communicate complex content clearly and concisely. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Familiarity with Tableau and Office 365 Automation is preferred. • Advanced organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset. • Proficient math skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.
