You’ll dive into pricing strategies, market trends, and performance metrics, while working with powerful tools like Tableau and SQL. This is a collaborative role where your analytical mind will help influence product development and ensure our solutions remain competitive and customer-focused. What You’ll Do: • Support annual product pricing reviews by analyzing performance metrics such as loss ratios and penetration rates. • Create impactful Quarterly Business Review reports that tell the story behind the data. • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to help identify product innovation opportunities for the client. • Conduct market research and pricing analyses to evaluate competitiveness. • Assist in creating product documentation including training materials and evaluation guides. • Participate in product design and testing efforts across cross-functional teams. • Analyze financial statements, emerging products, and historical data to prepare actionable insights and recommendations. • Collaborate with vendor partners and internal stakeholders to support product rollouts, forms development, and licensing. • Develop materials to support product launches, including point-of-sale content and internal communications. • Provide reporting and visualization support via the Tableau Application and assist with dashboard enhancements. What You Bring: • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • 0–3 years of relevant experience in a business, data, or product analysis environment. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. • Experience or exposure to SQL, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI is highly preferred. • A passion for using data to solve real-world problems and drive business results. • Ability to translate complex findings into clear, concise insights for different audiences. • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the desire to learn and grow. • MUST be comfortable going into the office 5 days a week, Monday - Friday.
