What We Are Hungry For We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented System Administrator/Business Analyst with a focus on development to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration and precise data flow between various business systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and organizing data, managing licensing activities, and serving as the systems administrator for software development. Knowledge And Responsibilities • Analyze and organize data between various business systems to ensure seamless integration and precise data flow. This includes identifying data discrepancies, ensuring data consistency, and facilitating efficient data sharing across departments. • Monitor and manage licensing activities by maintaining databases and tracking reports, ensuring follow-up and processing of each transaction. • Serve as systems administrator for development software such as FranConnect, SiteZeus, ProCore, and any additional platforms introduced. This involves user account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing training and support to users. • Upload all new executed franchise agreements and leases onto CRM and maintain data integrity. • Maintain, and oversee CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and update system efficiency while maintaining internal documents throughout the development timeline. • Generate on-demand reports from different systems and internal documents from various departments. • Ensure all project documentation is accurately recorded, easily accessible, and systematically organized to enhance project management efficiency. • Understand and implement automation, integrations, and workflows between various systems to optimize business processes. • Apply and develop financial modeling and real estate knowledge to support business decisions and strategies. • Assist franchise sales, real estate, and construction teams with the organization of documents and tracking tools. • Compile and present site packages, utilizing real estate data and analytics in a clear, decision-ready format to support strategic development decisions. • Manage and support the linear timeline of the opening process. • Perform other duties as assigned. What You Need To Have • Proven experience in business development and franchise management. • Strong knowledge of software systems. • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities. • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. • Passion for people!
