Job Description We are seeking a .NET Developer experienced with both legacy (WebForms) and modern(.NET 6+, .NET Core) applications. A Mid-Level Developer (3-5 years): Contributes to new features, supports existing applications, and collaborates with senior team members on technical solutions. You will help maintain and modernize existing systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, and champion best practices in performance, security, and DevOps. This position involves a blend of on-premise andAzure cloud solutions, ensuring high availability and optimal application performance. Duties Include but are not limited to: • Lead the development of new features and enhancements across .NET Framework(4.8+), .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server applications. • Modernize and refactor legacy WebForms applications, improving performance,security, and maintainability. • Drive the migration of applications from on-premise environments to Azure cloudsolutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency. • Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, optimizing performance and security. • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, enhancing automation and deployment processes. • Optimize SQL Server performance, including writing and tuning queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies. • Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. • Take responsibility for code quality and best practices, enforcing security,maintainability, and performance standards. • Engage in Agile development ceremonies, working closely with product owners and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. • Other responsibilities as assigned by management. , Required Skills • 3+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core). • Strong experience in WebForms, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues across both on-premise and Azure environments. • Hands-on experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning). • Experience working with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. • Ability to work independently on key tasks while coordinating effectively with senior team members. • Strong understanding of security best practices, cloud-based development, and performance optimization. , Desired Skills • Experience with React or other front-end frameworks. • Familiarity with Azure services (App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, etc.). • Hands-on experience configuring CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. , About WarCollar Industries COVID-19 Vaccination Policy: Prospective and/or new employees will be required to adhere to the customer’s vaccination policy.
